Birthday Party FAQ Can I make a Birthday Reservation online? While online reservations may be a feature in the future, we currently can only take reservations over the phone or in person. Reservations can be made any time of day at (408) 225-1533 x101. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation? We require reservations to be made at least 48 hours in advance. However, we recommend closer to 1 or 2 weeks, as some time slots may fill up. Do I need to pay a deposit? We require a $40 deposit to be made in person any time before the date of the party. At that time we can also provide you with your invitations. When should I arrive on the day of the party? We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes ahead of when your party is scheduled to start so that you can be situated at your tables, and we can begin to get your clubs, tokens, and other materials ready for you by the time your guests arrive. When do I order my pizzas? We order all of our pizzas from Round Table, so it takes about an hour for them to arrive. We normally recommend that you place your pizza order through us when you arrive, and they will generally be ready by the time your guests have finished their first activity. What do I need to bring? All you really need to bring is a cake. We even provide the candles, matches, and cake cutter. We also provide tablecloths, plates, cups, and utensils. Can I bring my own decorations? We provide tablecloths, and decorative plates, cups, and napkins, but you are more than welcome to bring additional decorations if you so desire. However, there are certain items we do not allow; pinatas, silly string, and confetti are not allowed. Can I bring in my own food? If you are planning on providing your guests with a meal from outside during their visit, we require that you purchase an Outside Food Permit. Do I need to purchase an Outside Food Permit for my Birthday Cake? No. We allow you to bring birthday cake, ice cream, and other small snack items without an outside food permit. Can I bring in my own pizza? No. Even if you have purchased an outside food permit, we do not allow outside pizza under any circumstances. Can I bring alcohol? No. Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on Golfland property. Do you have a fridge or freezer I can store my cake in? Yes. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Cash or Credit (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). We DO NOT accept personal checks. |
Golf Course Rules Adhering to these rules can help ensure that your guests, and other guests around you, can have a fun and safe time here at golfland.1. The most important rule is to keep the golf club below the knee-level while swinging. This ensures that the ball will stay on the ground and not fly through the air and hit someone, and that the club will not come up to hit another guest. Failure to follow this rule is one of the largest causes of injuries at our park. 2. No Running. Due to the nature of miniature golf, there are many uneven surfaces around the golf courses, and it is easy to trip on them while running. 3. All players must begin at the first hole, and not skip or cut in front of other players. Our park will be catering to many guests of all ages on the day of your event. Some will be with other groups like yours. Some will not. Some will be small children. Some will be senior citizens. All of them have paid to have a good time at our park, and deserve to be able to do so in a safe and uninterrupted manner. Please be respectful of those around you. 4. Please stay on the designated paths. The decorative ponds, rocks, and plant areas are not designed to be entered, and can be dangerous. Discipline: Failure to comply with these rules can result in disciplinary action, based on the severity of the offence and if any disciplinary action has already been taken. Possible disciplinary action ranges from a verbal warning, to a time out, to removal of writstbands/golf clubs, or even expulsion from the park. |
Waterslide Rules Please be aware of the following rules before entering our waterpark:
1. Each person must be at least 42" tall to ride. 2. Single riders only. Children may not ride on an adult's lap. 3. Proper swimsuit attire is required. Clothing with rivets, buttons, or exposed zippers can damage the slides and are not allowed. Long shirts, cut offs, or other clothing which will cause the rider to go too slow are also not allowed. 4. There is no spinning in the tubes. The proper sliding position is feet first, sitting down or lying on your back. Changing positions in the tube can cause serious neck, spine, head, and other injuries. 5. No Stopping in the tubes. Two people colliding in the tubes can also cause serious injury. Slowing down or stopping to allow your friends to catch up is not acceptable, and will result in disciplinary action. 6. Jewelry, hats, footwear, and eyewear cannot be worn on the waterslides. Although we always put forth our best effort to enforce this rule, it is sometimes difficult due to the small nature of jewelry. Please be sure to remove necklaces, rings, earrings that dangle, and other forms of jewelry before entering the waterslide area. 7. No Running. There are many slippery areas on the waterslide walkways. Please use caution. 8. Please do not linger in the pool or on the pool deck. The next slider arrives in the pool shortly after, and in order to avoid collisions we ask that the person exit the pool immediately. Also, having crowds on the pool deck can cause a distraction for the lifeguard watching the water, so we ask that all spectators stay behind the yellow lines and cones found on the pool deck. Discipline: Failure to comply with these rules can result in disciplinary action, based on the severity of the offence and if any disciplinary action has already been taken. Possible disciplinary action ranges from a verbal warning, to a time out, to removal of writstbands, or even expulsion from the park. |
