How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
Online reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance, but we recommend that you do it as early as possible because we can get booked pretty quickly
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a deposit that is due today to secure your reservation. All events are held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, outdoor activities will be changed to indoor activities if possible. Birthday Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to attend your birthday party/ group event, you are welcomed to reschedule for a later date, or receive a “Game Card” of the equivalent balance. This Game Card can be used to purchase any food or attraction within the facility. This policy applies to deposits and food platters.
You are allowed to bring tablecloths, decorations, and party favors
No outside food is permitted inside Camelot Golfland, however you are allowed to bring desserts like cakes or cupcakes and water.
What if one of my kids doesn’t want to participate in an attraction?
If one of your party guests does not want to go one of the attractions we provide, they can substitute their ticket for arcade credits.
Am I guaranteed the table I have chosen on my reservation?
Tables are not guaranteed for birthday parties, but we will try our best to make sure your event is taken care of. If you need a specific area for reasons such as disability or handicap, please let us know when you make your reservation and we will accommodate you.
I bought an outdoor attraction but it is raining? Can I switch it?
Yes you can switch your activity to one that is indoors, such as laser tag or bumper cars
If you wish to bring in your own personal decorations, please call us and let us know so we can best accommodate you. Decorations must sit or float above the table. Nothing may be affixed to ceilings or walls.
Is there anything that I cannot bring for my party?
Things we do not allow for parties are glitter, silly string, poppers, and confetti.
