The city has more than 15,000 acres of parkland. Visitors to the University of California’s Lick Observatory on Mt. Hamilton, west of the city, can see all kinds of celestial sights through powerful telescopes. Professional sports teams include the popular Sharks of the National Hockey League and Major League Soccer’s Earthquakes.
Golfland’s San Jose location is at 976 Blossom Hill Road. Take Highway 85, the West Valley Freeway, to Santa Teresa Boulevard, then travel south to Blossom Hill Road and turn east.
