Safety Tips and Guidelines
- Always follow lifeguard directions and instructions.
- Always drink plenty of water and have mandatory water breaks for small children to prevent dehydration.
- Children who are not potty trained are required to wear an approved swim diaper or diaper cover, A diaper cover can be obtained in the Sunsplash Ice Cream Parlor.
- All diapers should be changed in the restroom, please do not change diapers near the pools, on tables or chairs.
- Please refrain from swallowing water from any pool or water feature.

Sunsplash does not give refunds for bad weather. If the park is forced to close during inclement weather, a return ticket will be issued.
The waterpark is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Golfland is open daily year-round. For more information check our Hours page.
You may only bring in factory sealed bottled water. No outside food or drink will be permitted into the park.Coolers are NOT acceptable. If you bring in baby food or bottles they cannot be in glass containers. Alcohol is prohibited on the property, this includes the parking lots. Anyone assumed to have consumed alcohol will not be allowed in the park.
You may exit and re-enter throughout the day as long as you are wearing a valid water park admission band.
Only US Coast Guard approved life jackets will be allowed inside the park. Children under 48″ ARE REQUIRED to wear a life jacket in the wavepool. If you do not have one for your child we will provide one free of charge. Arm floats, inflatable rafts/tubes, swim noodles, or any other type of swim toys are not permitted in the park.
Admission charge is required for anyone entering Sunsplash. Due to the nature of Sunsplash Water Park, we do not offer spectator rates.
Appropriate swim wear is required. Swim wear is defined as an article of clothing, such as a swimsuit, that has been designed to be used in a pool environment. Swim wear should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Sandals or water shoes are highly encouraged. Revealing swim wear and thong or t-back swim wear bottoms will not be permitted. Cut off jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects and shoes cannot be worn while riding the water slides. No undergarments may be visible at any time. No profanity/vulgar images or language allowed. Those wearing jean cut-offs or any other street apparel will not be allowed to use the water slides and may be asked to leave the park. All toddlers are required to wear a swim diaper. If you do not have one, a vinyl diaper cover can be obtained at the gate and is covered in the cost of the toddler admission.
Children under the age of 12 may not be left unattended at the park! All children under 12 must be accompanied by someone 16 or older at all times.
We do not allow personal lawn chairs or umbrellas. Wagons, balloons, pets

Golfland-Sunsplash has many different food options available. The King’s Kitchen located in Golfland serves fresh homemade pizza and other snacks such as hot dogs, nachos, soft pretzels, Dippin’ Dots, and our famous Iceberg Shakes. From Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend you can purchase your favorite sandwich from Subwaves.
The Castaway Cove Snackbar at Sunsplash offers flame broiled hamburgers, chicken strips and sandwiches, french fries, pizza, soft pretzels, Dippin’ Dots and Soft Drinks. Combo meals including drinks range from $6-$12
