Birthday Parties

Here is an example of our themed party supplies.

Your party will last 2 hours, it is important that you arrive on time so as not to delay the start of the fun! In order to keep your party running smoothly, we do not allow deviations to the below event schedule.

1. Check-In

Please arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled start time to check in. As your party guest arrive your child and guests will be entertained by the assigned birthday host at an activity table where they will color a birthday shirt, play games and have an opportunity to have snacks. We will have a cart available for guests to store gifts and decorations that will be locked up until the party room time starts. Personal items such as purses will not be allowed on the cart.

2. Attractions

The host will lead the birthday child and their guests to the attractions at the time that their birthday is scheduled to begin. Any late attendees will need to check in with the party staff to be escorted to the attractions. Due to the nature of the party, it is important that we start on time. Showing up late will cut into your scheduled attraction time.

3. Party Room

One hour after the scheduled party time, your group will be led by the birthday host upstairs to your reserved party room. The final hour of the party will consist of food service followed by the cupcake decorating experience with the birthday host. Your host will guide you through gift opening if you choose to open gifts at the party.

4. Exit

During the final fifteen minutes the host will begin preparing your party to go downstairs where the guest of honor can spin the prize wheel for tickets. All the party guests then go to the prize counter to watch the guest of honor pick out their prizes. Finally, the guest of honor will be given a game card with 10 arcade plays and each guests will each be given a card with 5 arcade plays. At this time they will be allowed to go out into the arcade to play to close out the party!

You will initially receive one pitcher for every three kids. These will be refilled as needed. Unlimited soft drinks are available during the table time only.

We do not charge extra for parents who wish to attend with their children, but you may choose to add them in to the party package for food and attractions at the same rate. Because of space restrictions, we request an average of one non-participating guest for every party participant. Seating and table space is only guaranteed for party participants. If Golfland deems that there are too many non-participating guests, we may ask you to pay for the adjoining party room (if available) due to space and safety constraints.

All of our birthdays take place in a large room with removable dividers. You will have your own private party area.

The outdoor birthday cabana is the red/white covered area adjacent to the Golfland slides. The cabana can accommodate up to 10 parties at the same time. The area has shade walls that can be lowered, a misting system to keep you cool on our warmer days, and heaters for cooler days. This is not to be confused with our Private Cabanas that are available for rent that are located on the SunSplash side.

Only cake or cupcakes can be brought in. No other outside food or beverage is permitted. Cake Storage: Store bought ice cream cakes, cakes or cupcakes can be stored in our designated FREEZER in the birthday room. Homemade items cannot be stored in that freezer. Additionally, Maricopa County Health Code prohibits us from storing anything in our kitchen that we do no purchase or prepare in our food facilities.

If you wish to bring in your own personal decorations, please call us and let us know so we can best accommodate you. Decorations must sit or float above the table. Nothing may be affixed to ceilings or walls.

We require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

All events are held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, outdoor activities will be changed to indoor activities if possible.

Any cancellation at least 10 days before the party will receive a refund of their deposit. Cancellations within 9-3 days of your party will receive the amount of the deposit paid on a Golfland Fun Card. Cancellations within 2 days of your event or failure to show up will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
